Obverse description Bare head of a local nymph facing three-quarters right, her hair rendered in fine wavy strands drawn back from the face, set within a plain circular border. The modeling is in the archaizing Sicilian style, with soft facial features and a naturalistic treatment of the hair characteristic of late fifth- to early fourth-century Sicilian bronze coinage. No legend present in the field.
