1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Numisquare in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Numisquare is an online platform for numismatic collectors. We provide a catalog of coins, banknotes, medals, and tokens, as well as tools for collectors to manage their collections, wish lists, and offer lists. The Exchange feature connects collectors who wish to buy, sell, or trade numismatic items directly with one another.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering. Numisquare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.

4. The Exchange - Collector-to-Collector Transactions

The Exchange feature on Numisquare is provided solely as a communication and matching tool to connect collectors. Numisquare is not a party to any transaction, exchange, sale, or trade between users.

By using the Exchange feature, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

● All transactions, agreements, and communications made through or facilitated by the Exchange are solely between the participating collectors.

● Numisquare does not verify, authenticate, grade, value, or guarantee the authenticity, condition, description, or legality of any item listed by any user.

● You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any transaction, including verifying the identity, reputation, and reliability of the other party.

● Numisquare is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, misrepresentation, non-delivery, or any other issue arising from transactions between users.

● Any dispute arising between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
