Casa del Pueblo was the local workers' cultural and political association tied to the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). During the Civil War, as the Republican zone faced acute small-change shortages, these organizations issued their own fractional emergency notes — locally authorized, locally circulated, and almost entirely destroyed or discarded once the crisis passed. Cúllar-Baza is a small municipality in Granada province, and notes from this level of issuer rarely survived in any quantity.

The Gari Monerris catalog reference is incomplete, which is common for the smallest and most obscure municipal emitters from 1936–1939.
