Obverse description The obverse presents a low-angle vignette of the royal apartments of the Château du Milieu within the Forteresse Royale de Chinon, rendered in warm earth tones with fine architectural detail. The denomination "0 EURO" is printed in large numerals at the centre, flanked by the "EUROSOUENIR" inscription and the series designation "2025 - 2". The signature of R. Faille, CEO of the UEJE, appears in the lower portion alongside a row of five stars referencing the European emblem.

Reverse description The reverse carries a composite vignette of six iconic European monuments arranged across the face: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Torre de Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels). A portrait of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa is positioned to the right, serving as a cultural counterpoint to the architectural imagery. The denomination "0 EURO" is repeated in the lower right, with the printer's credit "PRINTED BY OBERTHUR FIDUCIAIRE / MADE IN FRANCE" along the lower margin.

The souvenir euro format has been issued in France since around 2015, sold at tourist sites as collectibles with no legal tender status. Oberthur Fiduciaire, which prints genuine euro banknotes for the Banque de France, also handles this series — an unusual arrangement that gives these novelty pieces genuine security printing credentials, including proper intaglio work and UV-reactive features.

Chinon's royal fortress, where Joan of Arc famously identified the Dauphin in 1429, is a reliable seller in this format. The UEJE licenses the design and distributes through site gift shops.
