EuroSouvenir's 0 Euro collector notes are legal tender in the technical sense — issued under a framework arrangement with partner banks — but no one has ever bought a coffee with one. The series exists entirely as a souvenir commodity, and Oberthur Fiduciaire produces them to genuine banknote security standards: intaglio printing, UV features, and the EURion constellation are all present. The Petersglocke, cast in 1923 and weighing just over 24 tonnes, is the largest swinging bell in the world still rung regularly.
