Souvenir zero-denomination euro notes have been produced under an informal licensing arrangement since around 2017, with Oberthur Fiduciaire supplying the print runs for most of the Eurobillet.eu series. The notes incorporate genuine security features — including an official-looking serial number and UV-reactive elements — precise enough that the ECB has periodically felt compelled to clarify their non-legal-tender status publicly.
Legoland Oberhausen opened in 1996, the first Legoland park on continental Europe.
