| Reverse description | The reverse follows the standard EEBS eurosouvenirs layout, presenting vignettes of six iconic European monuments arranged across the note: the Brandenburg Gate (Berlin), the Tower of Belém (Lisbon), the Eiffel Tower (Paris), the Colosseum (Rome), the Sagrada Família (Barcelona), and the Manneken-Pis (Brussels). A reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa appears as a vignette at the right, alongside the face value "0 EURO" in stylised guilloche lettering and the printer's imprint at the foot of the note. |

The 0 Euro souvenir note program, administered through EEBS and printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire, has issued hundreds of regional and cultural subjects across Europe since the format gained traction in the mid-2010s. Marián Labuda, the Slovak stage and screen actor best known internationally for his role in Juraj Jakubisko's 1990 film Perinbaba, is an unusual honoree — Slovak cultural figures are underrepresented in the series relative to their Western European counterparts.
Designer A. Ferda is a recurring name in the EEBS production roster. These notes are legal tender for zero euros, a designation that costs the ECB nothing and gives the format a veneer of official legitimacy it does not otherwise possess.
