EuroSouvenir notes are legal collector's items sold as tourist souvenirs across Europe, issued under a licensing arrangement that permits the use of euro banknote dimensions and security features — including Oberthur's printing — while carrying a zero denomination to keep them outside monetary regulation. Oberthur Fiduciaire, one of the few security printers authorized to produce genuine euro currency for the ECB, handles much of the series.

Ștefan cel Mare ruled Moldavia from 1457 to 1504, successfully resisting Ottoman expansion for decades and winning canonization by the Romanian Orthodox Church in 1992 — nearly five centuries after his death.
