The "Memo Euro" series is an educational product designed to allow students and trainers to handle a euro-format note without using legal tender. The Würzburg issue is one of dozens of city-specific variants produced under the Memo Euro Scope program, each nominally personalized but sharing the same printing infrastructure. The hologram strip is included specifically to replicate the tactile security-checking experience — the notes are engineered for classroom use, not collection.
Zero denomination by design. No monetary function was ever intended.
