GBAP's zero-denomination "anniversary print" series occupies an odd corner of notaphily — legal in production, worthless by design, and collected purely as commemorative ephemera. Oberthur Fiduciaire's involvement lends these pieces genuine security printing credentials: the same French firm produces banknotes for dozens of sovereign issuers, so the substrate and production standards here exceed what you'd expect from a souvenir novelty.
R. Faille's CEO signature is the only authoritative detail anchoring these to a specific print run.
