| Obverse description | Central field features the royal titulature of King Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd al-Rahman Al Saud within a beaded inner circle, rendered in ornate Arabic calligraphy. The outer legend, also in Arabic, reads the full royal title 'King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia' running around the periphery. A crossed-swords and palm tree emblem — the Saudi royal arms — appears in relief at the base of the design. Decorative foliate motifs flank the central cartouche on either side. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed border following the coin's circumference. |
