| Obverse description | Printed in dark blue-grey on plain paper, the obverse is divided into two sections by a decorative border of interlaced chain and scroll ornaments. The left panel contains a stamp-like vignette within an ornate frame, portraying a Slovenian peasant woman in traditional folk costume and headscarf, rendered in a woodcut-style letterpress technique. The right panel bears the large bold fraction numeral '1/2' at upper right, below which appear the issuing authority 'HRANILNICA LJUBLJANSKE POKRAJINE', the authorization text citing the decree of 28. XI. 1944, two manuscript signatures above the titles 'Predsednik' and 'Glavni ravnatelj', and the anti-counterfeiting legend at the foot. |
