| Reverse description | Hammered silver flan bearing a multi-line Arabic legend in thuluth script occupying the central field. The inscription incorporates the word 'adl' (justice) together with the title 'Shah' and the AH regnal year 928, placed across two or three lines. The strike is moderately sharp at centre with characteristic weakness toward the margins, consistent with early Safavid hammered technique. The flan is irregular and shows areas of dark patination and surface corrosion. |
