Reverse description Central field bears a multi-line Arabic inscription within an ornate wreath of laurel branches, reading the ruler's titles and name: referencing Faisal bin Turki, Imam of Muscat, with the AH date ١٣١١ (1311) appearing at the foot of the inscription. The wreath is tied at the base with a bow and is rendered in fine relief, framing the calligraphic text. The outer border consists of a fine dentilated rim. This reverse die corresponds to the earlier AH 1311 issue, making this coin a mule combining dies from two different years.
