Reverse description Central design depicts the iconic dome and twin minarets of the Shrine of Fatima Masumeh in Qom, rendered in detailed relief with brick coursing visible on the dome's surface. The architectural composition is presented in a slightly three-quarter perspective, with the large central dome flanked symmetrically by two tall minarets. The Persian legend بهار آزادی (Bahar-e Azadi, meaning 'Spring of Freedom') curves along the upper portion of the field in Arabic script. The Solar Hijri date ۱۳۸۶ (1386 SH / 2007 CE) is inscribed in Eastern Arabic numerals along the lower margin. The outer rim is bordered by fine reeding.
