Reverse description A regular, closed staurogram — a Tau-Rho Christogram — with distinctive triangular terminal serifs on each arm, centrally positioned in the field. A six-pointed star is placed to each side of the staurogram. The entire composition is encircled by a wreath border, a decorative device common to late Roman and early post-Roman silver fractions of Germanic issue.
