Obverse description A square cross occupies the central field, with decorative symbols placed in each of the four quadrants formed by the cross arms. Stars appear in the upper left and lower right quadrants, the Cyrillic letter Р (Radu) is positioned in the upper right quadrant, and the Cyrillic letter В (Ban) occupies the lower left quadrant. The overall design is characteristic of medieval Wallachian hammered coinage, struck on a thin, irregular flan with uneven relief.
Obverse script Cyrillic (medieval)

Reverse description A heraldic eagle is depicted in profile, its head turned to look back over its right shoulder, with a small cross rendered beneath its wing. The eagle stands upon a split shield divided per pale: the dexter side bearing two horizontal bars and the sinister side left plain. The Cyrillic letters В and С appear in the left field, referencing Voivode Vladislav. The design reflects the dynastic iconography of the joint reign of Radu I and Vladislav I of Wallachia, typical of late 14th-century Romanian medieval numismatics.
