Additional information

This is a fantasy or token piece — Scotland has never held independent issuing authority within the United Kingdom, and no crown denomination was produced by a Scottish authority in 2007. The X# prefix in the Krause reference system confirms this: X-numbers designate non-circulating, fantasy, or privately issued pieces outside mainstream national coinage. The George III attribution is purely decorative, placing an 18th-century monarch on a 21st-century privately struck pewter token with no official standing.
