Reverse description Central crowned heraldic shield bearing a rising phoenix with spread wings amid a field scattered with crosses and a heart motif, the whole encircled by an ornamental wreath of floral and knotwork devices. A large royal crown surmounts the shield, composed of arched bands adorned with pearls and fleurs-de-lis. The circular legend surrounding the composition reads along the periphery, with a small six-pointed star ornament at the base, and the date and year of independence appear in the upper arc of the legend.
