Bratstvo — "Brotherhood" — was one of Yugoslavia's largest arms and machinery manufacturers, based in Novi Travnik in central Bosnia. Like many large Yugoslav enterprises under self-management socialism, it issued its own internal scrip for use within the factory complex, canteen, or workers' community. These notes had no legal tender status and circulated only within the bounds of the issuing enterprise's infrastructure.
Enterprise scrip of this type is poorly documented. Most was discarded once the issuing firm stopped accepting it.
