The "Collector series" designation marks this as an intentional philatelic issue rather than a circulating banknote — the Bank of Jamaica produced these sets for sale to collectors, not for everyday use. De La Rue printed the standard circulation notes of this period anyway, so the collector packaging is essentially the only meaningful distinction between this and the regular issue.
Worth noting for anyone cataloging a set: the CS1 reference covers a range of denominations issued together, and individual notes sometimes surface separated from their original folder, which is where most of the collectible value actually resided.
