The left vignette contains the reverse of the Great Seal — an unfinished pyramid surmounted by the Eye of Providence with the legends ANNUIT COEPTIS and NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM — while the right vignette bears the obverse of the Great Seal with the heraldic eagle.
