| Reverse description | Central fire altar of stepped, hourglass form rising from a multi-tiered base, depicted in a schematic frontal view typical of Kushano-Sasanian coinage. Two attendant figures flank the altar, each standing in three-quarter pose and facing inward; the figure to the left holds a staff or lance, while the figure to the right raises one hand in a gesture of veneration. Both attendants wear elaborate court dress with flowing robes. A beaded outer border frames the composition, with traces of Bactrian legend partially visible in the lower field. |
