Femina was a strip club and table dance venue in Munich that issued its own internal scrip — a practice common among German adult entertainment establishments in the 1990s and early 2000s as a way to manage in-house tipping and lap dance payments without cash changing hands on the floor. These club tokens in paper form were never legal tender and carried no redemption value outside the venue.
Survival rates are erratic. Most were discarded or lost on the night. The ones that surface in collections today usually come from staff rather than patrons.
