Reverse description Saint Lebuinus, patron saint of Deventer, is depicted enthroned and facing forward within an ornate Gothic architectural stall or canopy, holding a crozier as his attribute. At the base of the composition, the civic arms of Deventer are shown. The reverse legend in Gothic uncial script encircles the design within a beaded border, identifying the issuing city. The overall style is consistent with late 15th-century Rhenish-influenced goldgulden coinage.
