To the right, a large ornate guilloche rosette surrounds the numeral "1", rendered in a star-burst pattern with intricate lathe-work. The note is printed in red tones on a fine guilloche underprint, with the serial number appearing twice — once at the left and once at the lower centre — and the minister's facsimile signature positioned at lower left. |
