| Obverse description | Crude hammered copper flan depicting a stylised bull or bovine figure in the central field, rendered in the degenerate Indo-Greek tradition characteristic of Kangra coinage. A prominent curved device, possibly a crescent or architectural arch, rises above the animal. The surrounding field is occupied by Sharada script legends arranged in a roughly circular disposition, reading Sri Samanta Deva. The strike is irregular and the flan exhibits characteristic rough edges consistent with medieval hammered production from the Kangra hill kingdom. |
