Reverse description The reverse presents a central legend in two lines of Burmese script within an open wreath of laurel branches tied with a ribbon bow at the base. The wreath frames the denomination and date inscriptions. Burmese script characters are arranged around the inner border at regular intervals, spelling out the royal city name and denomination. The entire design is enclosed within a toothed outer border consistent with the obverse, giving the pattern a uniform milled appearance.
