Not a banknote in any functional sense — American Art Classics produced novelty items sold as collectibles, gifts, and educational props, with no issuing authority, legal tender status, or monetary system behind them. The dinosaur theme places this squarely in the early 2000s wave of novelty "million dollar" notes aimed at the gift and souvenir market, where the absurdity of the denomination was the entire point.
