| Obverse description | Arabic mint inscription within a beaded circle occupying the central field, reading 'Struck in Tripoli West' (ضرب في طرابلس غرب). The legend is rendered in bold, somewhat crude Arabic script characteristic of provincial Ottoman hammered coinage. The irregular flan and uneven strike are typical of the Tripolitan mint's output during this period. |

| Reverse description | A six-pointed star (hexagram) dominates the central field, formed by two interlocking triangles in the traditional Ottoman decorative style. Scattered dot devices, numbering between four and seven, are distributed within and around the points of the hexagram. The design is struck on an irregular flan with weak areas typical of hammered provincial Ottoman coinage, and the overall execution reflects the artisanal character of the Tripolitan mint. |
