| Obverse description | Within an oval guilloche border with decorative corner pieces and small armorial cartouches, the Cyrillic state name КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА appears at upper left and right. A vertically oriented anchor and key device occupies the centre above the large red Cyrillic denomination ЈЕДАН ПЕРПЕР, flanked by the numeral 1 at each side. Two manuscript signatures over printed titles for the President of the Main State Controller and the Minister of Finance appear below, with the place and date of issue — Цетиње, 25 јула 1914 — at the foot. |
