Felix is a small municipality in Almería province, and like hundreds of Spanish towns during the Civil War, its local council issued emergency paper money when coin shortages made ordinary commerce nearly impossible. These consejo municipal notes were a purely local solution — valid only within the issuing town, often printed on whatever paper was at hand, and authenticated by an official stamp rather than any engraving or serial numbering infrastructure.

Gari Mon #639-B suggests a variant within the Felix series, though documentation on this specific emisión is thin. Survival is largely a matter of luck rather than design.
