Obverse description Black ink on a light brown underprint, with a central vignette of a Saint Bernard dog positioned beneath the arched issuer's name; face value numerals occupy all four corners and the lateral borders, while the denomination in full letters appears below the vignette. A printed series letter and blank serial number space are set in the upper field, with three ruled signature lines bearing printed title designations for the 2nd Director, Managing Director, and 3rd Director in the lower zone. Issuing place and date are printed at lower left and right respectively, dispatch hours run along the left edge, authorization details along the right edge, and the lithographer's imprint appears at the foot.
