The upper portion bears the Urdu inscription in Nastaliq script reading 'حکومت پاکستان' (Government of Pakistan), while the lower portion carries the same legend in Latin script: 'GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN'. A beaded border runs along the outer rim, framing the inscriptions on both sides of the central perforation. |
