Comments

The Central Republican Bank of Novorossiya was a short-lived monetary authority proclaimed by the separatist Novorossiya confederation in eastern Ukraine in 2014 — a political entity that never achieved international recognition and dissolved before it issued currency in any functional sense. These notes were printed but never entered circulation as a working medium of exchange. They are better understood as political objects than monetary ones: propaganda artifacts from a confederal project that effectively ceased to exist by late 2015.

Surviving examples are plentiful in uncirculated condition, for obvious reasons.
