Obverse description Central field dominated by bold, fluid Naskh calligraphy reading 'Allahu Akbar Jalla Jalaluhu' (God is Great, Glorious is His Majesty), the imperial Mughal religious motto adopted by Emperor Akbar. The inscription is arranged in multiple lines filling the coin's face, executed in the characteristic hammered style with slightly irregular flan edges. A decorative floral or vegetal border frames the central legend, consistent with Akbar-period rupee coinage. The relief is bold with uneven surfaces typical of hand-struck silver coinage of the period.
