| Obverse description | Central field features a stylised royal cipher or yantra-like grid design composed of interlocking rectangular panels, each containing segments of the royal name and titles in Devanagari script. A trident symbol (trishula) is positioned at the centre of the grid, flanked by floral and symbolic ornaments including a rosette and a leaf motif. The inscription श्री श्री श्री ५ वीरेन्द्र वीर विक्रम शाह देव is distributed across the panels, with the Bikram Sambat regnal year appearing at the lower portion. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
