Obverse description A six-spoked wheel motif centered in the field, with each spoke terminating in a elongated, seed-like or leaf-shaped pellet, creating a radiate, pinwheel arrangement. The design is boldly cast in high relief, characteristic of early Etruscan aes grave production. The flan is broad and irregular, consistent with the heavy cast bronze coinage of this period. No legend or inscription is present.

Reverse description A stylized anchor depicted in the center of the field, its stock and ring rendered in relief above a broad, curved shank terminating in two flukes. Six pellets or dots are disposed around the anchor in the field, likely serving as a value mark consistent with the semis denomination. The design is rendered in a bold, archaic Etruscan style with no accompanying legend.
