| Obverse description | Narrow vertical note on heavily textured handmade washi paper in natural brown tone, with brushwork kanji inscriptions arranged in a central vertical column. A rectangular official seal block with dense characters appears near the upper register, flanked by a smaller auxiliary seal to the right.
