Not a banknote. The "1 Zillion Dollars Eagle" is a novelty item — the kind sold in tourist shops alongside fake million-dollar bills and gag checks. "Zillion" has no mathematical definition and has never appeared on any legal tender instrument issued by the United States Treasury or the Federal Reserve. B.V. Calhoun is not a recorded designer in any official U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing documentation.
No catalog value attaches to this as a collectible banknote. If catalogued at all, it belongs under "exonumia — novelty paper."
