At left, a vignette of a hippopotamus appears above a circular seal or stamp device, with a swordfish motif below. The central field bears intaglio portraits of two unidentified male figures in formal attire with red ties, set against a structured guilloche background. At upper right, a decorative vase motif is visible, while the national flag of Burundi appears at lower centre.
