| Obverse description | Central device features the seal of the Bank of Mongolia enclosed within an ornate cartouche, displaying the soyombo symbol at apex and a decorative floral wreath at the base. The bank name appears in cursive Cyrillic script as 'Монгол Банк' within the central medallion. Traditional Mongolian script (bichiig) inscriptions appear vertically in the left and right fields flanking the central device. The denomination '10000 ТӨГРӨГ' is boldly rendered in the lower central field, with the legend 'MONGOLIA 1/2 oz 999,9 GOLD' inscribed along the lower rim. The entire design is framed by a finely reeded border. |
