Reverse description The reverse is printed in green and black intaglio, with a central oval vignette enclosing a detailed engraving of a beaver on a rocky riverbank, a quintessential Canadian motif. The central panel is framed by intricately worked guilloche borders with the numeral '10' in large format at both left and right within geometric lathe-work surrounds. The bank name 'DOMINION BANK' is inscribed in a ribbon cartouche below the central vignette, and the imprint of the Canadian Bank Note Company appears at the lower margin.
