Obverse description Salmon-toned voucher printed on a fine guilloche scallop-pattern underprint throughout, with the bold denomination numeral '10' set in large type at each upper corner. The central field carries Hungarian text identifying the issuing Imperial and Royal POW camp at Dunaszerdahely, with the value 'TIZ FILLÉR' in heavy letterpress within a dark horizontal band. Two circular ink-stamp validations bearing a crown motif flank the lower portion, beneath which two manuscript signatures appear under the titles 'TÁBORPARANCSNOK' (Camp Commandant) and 'SZÁMVIVŐFŐHADNAGY' (Chief Accounting Lieutenant), with the place and date of issue completing the lower legend.

Reverse description Salmon-toned reverse sharing the identical guilloche scallop-pattern underprint as the face, with series and serial numbers printed within a rectangular panel at the top. The camp title 'K.u.K. KRIEGSGEFANGENENLAGER DUNASZERDAHELY' is set in bold Gothic lettering above a dark central band bearing 'ZEHN HELLER', beneath which a two-line German legal text declares the voucher constitutes part of the prisoners' funds held by the camp command, dated Dunaszerdahely, 15 January 1916. Two circular stamps with the Austro-Hungarian double-headed eagle flank the lower area alongside two manuscript signatures under the titles 'LAGERKOMMANDANT' and 'OBERLEUTNANT RECHNUNGSFÜHRER', with the printer's imprint 'GLOBUS BUDAPEST' at the lower right.
