| Obverse description | Vertical format note with the numeral "10" in ornate vignettes at each of the four corners, set against a fine guilloche underprint in rose and green tones. The issuing bank's name and payment obligation appear in Cyrillic letterpress text across the centre, with the denomination in large stylised lettering below. Two handwritten signatures — those of the Governor (Управитель) and Cashier (Касиерь) — appear in the lower central field, with the serial number printed in black at top and bottom. |
