Obverse description Intaglio portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in three-quarter right-facing view occupies the right portion of the note, set against fine guilloche underprint in green and blue tones. At centre, a circular vignette within an ornate rosette contains a secondary portrait in underprint, flanked by two facsimile signatures above the designations BAŞKAN and BAŞKAN YARDIMCISI. The denomination numeral '10' appears in a lozenge-shaped guilloche cartouche at lower left, with a matching numeral at upper right, and the bank name is letterpress-printed along the bottom margin.

Reverse description Central intaglio vignette portrays Atatürk standing at left in a suit, receiving a bouquet of flowers from a group of three uniformed schoolchildren who face him in respectful attendance, rendered against a warm ochre and rose guilloche underprint with radiating fan motifs. A large circular guilloche rosette occupies the right field, while a denomination numeral '10' in an ornate cartouche appears at lower right and a matching guilloche panel at left. The bank name and denomination are letterpress-printed across the upper portion of the note.
