| Obverse description | Left-facing bare-headed effigy of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair and facial features. The legend TÜRKIYE CUMHURIYETI arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination ON LIRA appears in the lower field, flanked by two small dots. The portrait is strongly modelled in a modernist style consistent with Turkish Republican coinage of the mid-twentieth century. |
