| Obverse description | Olive-brown note with an intricate geometric guilloche border framing the entire face. Two large six-pointed star vignettes flank the central field, within which the denomination numeral '10' appears at left and right in bold letterpress. The centre carries multi-line Arabic/Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions giving the issuer name and date, surmounted by the Ottoman tughra seal at the top. Two circular guilloche rosettes bearing the numeral '10' are positioned at the lower centre, with a manuscript signature below and a further Ottoman legend along the bottom margin. |

| Reverse description | Printed primarily in red and black on a light ground, the reverse presents an elaborate arabesque and floral guilloche underprint with a central cartouche containing multi-line Ottoman Turkish text setting out the legal tender clause and conditions of the note. Two dark circular medallions with Ottoman calligraphic inscriptions occupy the left and right of the central panel. The denomination '10' is repeated in each corner and along the lower margin, with a manuscript signature appearing below the central text block. |
