| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in blue on white paper with an elaborate ornamental border composed of intricate scrollwork and floral guilloche elements at the corners. The Montenegrin royal coat of arms appears in the upper left, with the large numeral '10' in the upper right corner. The central text in Cyrillic script gives the denomination 'ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА' (Ten Perpera), below which the issue date '25. јула 1914' is printed, along with two manuscript signature lines for the President of the Main State Control and the Minister of Finance, and a serial number in the lower margin. |
