| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in shades of rose and dark red on plain paper, with the denomination numeral 10 repeated in each corner. The upper portion carries the issuing authority legend in Cyrillic followed by the large heading ДЕСЕТ ПЕРПЕРА, with series and number designations at mid-level flanking a central circular guilloche vignette bearing an ornate stamp impression.
